Off Peak Specials
$799 for four night weekends Dec 01-March 15 excluding holidays and school breaks. Max 4 people.
Minimum stay: Three nights except for July/August and all holiday periods when a 4 night minimum is required.
Terms: Additional charge of $149 cleaning Fee and all applicable Taxes (11.9%). A non-refundable down payment of $500 is due at the time of reservation. Full and final payment due 45 days prior to arrival. All payments non-refundable. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. No smoking is allowed. Security deposit of $500 check or cash required at check-in. No renters under 25.

Maximum occupancy: 05 - one pet allowed for $50 fee.
