Coming in mid 2015, will be the opening of our new addition of 10 new rooms at the motel. The first new rooms built on the beach in many years. Each modern room will have superb beachfront views. The lower level rooms will be pet friendly and the upstairs rooms will be pet free. See below for progress as of February 2014.

Moclips summers are typically dry and warm. July, August and September are the warmest months averaging 75 degrees.
Winter months are mild and relatively wet. Storms over Moclips beach are spectacular to watch and
the incomparable sunsets will keep you coming back year after year.
