Inside, the house has a spacious, grand, open plan great room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a queen bed loft and two low ceiling dens with two twin beds in each - perfect for kids. Sleeping for 10 is very comfortable.

Moclips summers are typically dry and warm. July, August and September are the warmest months averaging 75 degrees.
Winter months are mild and relatively wet. Storms over Moclips beach are spectacular to watch and
the incomparable sunsets will keep you coming back year after year.
